Cabins :
Winter Cabin: A winter cabin is one where shower and bathroom facilities are inside the cabin. There are a limited number of semi-private winter cabins available and are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis.
Summer Cabin: Summer cabins have shared shower and bathroom facilities which are located at a short distance outside the cabin.
Registration :
All participants are required to have completed their registration and paid the full fees before they arrive for the session.
Session begins at 4 PM, Thursday, May 21, 2020 and ends after lunch on Sunday, May 24, 2020.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All Irfan Colloquium participants receive a copy of one of the Irfan publications. Please indicate your preference of English or Persian publication you'd like to receive.
Please consult the table below for refund policy in case you need to cancel after registration.
Cancellations and refund requests must be in writing and received by the indicated deadline.

Irfan Colloquium will mail one of its publications to your address even if you cancel and request a refund.
